What the application asks for

  • CompanyLegal name and structure, where it's registered, tax ID, industry and a short description
  • Restricted activitiesConfirmation that the business isn't in a category CFX can't bank
  • AddressesThe legal address, and a physical address if it's different, which can't be a PO box
  • OwnersName, date of birth and contact details for everyone owning 25% or more, and a control person
  • DocumentsFormation documents and proof of the business's tax ID
  • Expected activityWhere the money comes from, what the account is for, expected volume and balance, and how you'll move money

Sections save as you go, and you can finish them in any order. Once you've started, you can invite colleagues to help.
